Stop finding ways to pay employees less, and take accountability for fundamentally broken or half-finished products.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think Diligent is a great company with a great team. I don't feel the salary is bad at all but it could be a bit better to make it more competitive
