Company was great under former CEO Mike Bodson. New CEO is awful and continues to make decisions in opposition to what employees want and are vocal about on employee surveys and organization wide meetings.

CEO needs to be replaced
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New CEO needs to be replaced with someone who will lead the company forward with the interests of employees in mind. Morale declines daily especially with increased forced office days and threats of bonus reduction or being fired if you don't badge into the office enough.
