If you aren't a favorite of some MD, you aren't going anywhere with DTCC

can speak with them freely but not in front of their boss.
It was so good yayy
My manager who fights for me
They create a safe environment to speak up and encourage different perspectives and challengimg the status quo.
Knowledgable and professional in their leadership.
Reconize intelligence and not color.
The leadership team needs to be replaced, too many colleagues are leaving and no one is asking why they report to some of the same managers. Closing their eyes to the problem.
Learn how to be leaders and not Title holders.
DTCC used to operate on the model of "Our employees are our most valuable asset". This is not at all the case anymore.
Management team is not good, no knowledge of work , hence fails to have right people on team, says no increase in head count, but they can cut down management layer , unnecessary overhead, and increase hands on employees , who really run the systems.

bonus structure is competitive compared to other industries.

Recognition at that company is more about who you know rather than merit

Pay us for our ability not our skin color: I pay when i go to Walmart..
Bonuses are determined based on favortism.
Mid year salary reviews would be cool
Being paid at market value would be a good starting point.
Hard-working intelligent experts in their fields, very inspiring crew.
Good at what they do

Part of the team in great
They work together and communicate efficiently
Kind and capable team members who work well together to achieve common goals.
Not really; most of them are foreigners and think women are lower than them.
Learning how to manage meeting times
Lead just talks about himself and looks for people to respond with compliments, when he doesn't get that he huffs and puffs about no participation.
They need to understand that this is a business and you can get fired
water cooler chat about families is great.
The company seems to try to raise morale with company events and remodeling the break rooms to include a cafe and barista.

Great colleagues and other teams recognizing you
Used to be very positive before changes in CEO.
Is that the girl I have to be a great day
Better management abd leaders who onow their team
Micromanaging leaders need to be pushed out. Sadly the new CEO embraces this style of "leadership" as evidenced by his tracking of forced office attendance.
New CEO needs to be replaced with someone who will lead the company forward with the interests of employees in mind. Morale declines daily especially with increased forced office days and threats of bonus reduction or being fired if you don't badge into the office enough.
Leadership needs to lead more and manage less.
Leadership is toxic, they spend alot of time gossiping and not respecting boundaries.
Casual for a technical interview, and sold the company as a place I enthusiastically wanted to join.
Multiple people per interview, not 1-on-1 which can be uncomfortable.
Meeting people in different roles at DTCC
2 interviews. 1 on the phone and 1 in person. Got offer immediately after.
Needs to be more invested and must include above, below, and peers
Be honest and loyal to America
Managers constantly don't show up or you are ghosted after interviews
Everything i can possibly without screaming
interviewing is an art not a task
Smart, intelligent work with a true national duty to keep things running. That died for DEI and personal ambitions.
Seeing friendly faces and having water cooler conversations make me most happy.

Getting the freedom to have independent work and implement new ideas
That's good to hear from you and
CEO needs to be replaced
DTCC is a utility so much is masked as long as primary business function is being performed. DTCC needs competition
Senior Leadership has lost its way and needs to go towards finding the way back
Job insecurity is a major distraction for us. Too many good people get laid off.
ineptitude at all levels - new blood is needed
