What did you like most about the interview process?
Casual for a technical interview, and sold the company as a place I enthusiastically wanted to join.
Multiple people per interview, not 1-on-1 which can be uncomfortable.
Meeting people in different roles at DTCC
2 interviews. 1 on the phone and 1 in person. Got offer immediately after.
Needs to be more invested and must include above, below, and peers
Everyone was very professional and nice.
They look at key words on resumes without meeting individual

Be honest and loyal to America
Managers constantly don't show up or you are ghosted after interviews
Everything i can possibly without screaming
