At Director level and below folks try to do the right thing but its hard due to lack of clarity from above and constant blaming and harassment

Not really; most of them are foreigners and think women are lower than them.
Learning how to manage meeting times
Lead just talks about himself and looks for people to respond with compliments, when he doesn't get that he huffs and puffs about no participation.
They need to understand that this is a business and you can get fired
