Micromanaging leaders need to be pushed out. Sadly the new CEO embraces this style of "leadership" as evidenced by his tracking of forced office attendance.
New CEO needs to be replaced with someone who will lead the company forward with the interests of employees in mind. Morale declines daily especially with increased forced office days and threats of bonus reduction or being fired if you don't badge into the office enough.
Leadership needs to lead more and manage less.
Leadership is toxic, they spend alot of time gossiping and not respecting boundaries.
Management needs to go back to considering the "Employees as the most valuable resources".
Stop firing so many good people. It disrupts the rest of us. Makes us work hard to cover their gaps. When we see that happen we get demoralized, defensive and likely to shift blame to others. Better long term planning that reduces frequent layoffs is desperately needed.
