Everyone only cares for themselves No good leadership or help
Awful, stressful, micromanaged, low pay, long hours
The lower level team is great. Not sure about the management. Particularly the middle management.
The hiring process has been a true headache.
EHI used to be a great company to work for...until 2019. The culture began to change from all working toward a common goal to each team from top/down to just taking care of themselves.
