Never had a raise. Only raises are via promotion or lateral moves. They DO NOT value long term employees unless above supervisor positions.
They find every reason to keep your commissions check and label it a bonus.

Lack of understanding and communication from senior leadership. Directors are incredibly inexperienced but have superiority complexes. Stop allowing agents and supervisors to manipulate data and see what's really happening.
More focused training, more one-on-one meetings with managers
There is a significant lack of leadership at all levels. The correct answer is recognizing leaders and enabling them to change how eHealth operates. HR's solution is to send all managers through Management Training aka Mgmt 101.
