eHealth Environment Employee Reviews

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There is always help available specially for people that are new to this field.

the way we collaborate and listen to each others ideas to find the best solution.

independent work environment the effective

They say they care, but just fired a bunch of people

The agents and supervisors are on the same page on what is really going on

The pay and benefits are great.

None unfortunately is the best way to answer this.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Get rid of the toxicity that is in HR. ERGs are a total joke and simply CV fodder.

The new CEO and Board Members need to remove most of the Senior Leadership Team. They're pretending and not contenders.

Fire most of HR. Hire actual leaders and not more incompetent people.
