They are supportive and have a culture of integrity and accountability

The best team anyone could ask for.

Easy access to them, open communication, regular meeting to bring up issues.

Cares a lot about the teams they lead. Uses positive inspiration and motivation to hold their teams accountable and continue to grow.

I'm here for you and your family and friends with the same person that is still available to talk about it

Give good sales tips, make sure they listen to you when you have a concern and speak well of you when you apply for other positions.

Had amazing leadership when i started. After the takeover most of them left and they filled their spots with incompetent children

There isn't any. Everyone is out for themselves

New leadership team seems smarter than past iterations. Hoping they have ability of sight because everyone at the bottom sees the glaring problems. Middle management is terrified to be honest.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and relationship with employees

Appreciating the screening team and not just a select several

Communication, training, not changing our schedules around

Having any type of plan beyond next quarter. A little ethics would be nice.

Actually being leaders would be a good start.

There is a huge difference between the corporate mission and executive/team missions.

The lower level team is great. Not sure about the management. Particularly the middle management.
