There are many positive aspects in the company. However, I think it would be good to highlight the opportunities. The endless headaches with internal service providers is really exhausting. HR4.0 is the most recent example of a hardship that the sites need to overcome. We need to do better!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company needs to find a way to have the LTIC connected to goals that can be achieved. Also, the regular bonus goals are too far away for most of the employees to understand how to influence the goals.
