I have been with Evonik for just over four years. I've had to push and push for every raise opportunity. This latest one I had to wait for 3 months past the date that I was able to take it. Previously there was a position that had opened...contact me for more. Experience mediocre at best.

Culture and environment...tough saying. The coworkers that go above and beyond make it bareable.

WE as a team have a few great techs who go above and beyond. While there are more techs who are complacent with doing less than their job requires them to do.
