I came to Evonik via an acquisition. Integration was painfully slow and I often still feel like an outsider. One of Evonik's core values is "speed", but in reality, most things progress very slowly due to control by centralized functions and departments.

I am stuck at the top of a pay range. There needs to be a way to change grades without relocating to a new job.
