I like the diversity & inclusion as lead by North American Leadership, but some didn't take to heart the message in middle America
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Many management layers make some EE's left out of the loop. Much favoritism and nepotism cutting out some valued EE's. With the extraordinary inflation, another pay bump feels warranted. Favorite EE's given premium pay, work schedules, easier daily workload responsibilities, and overtime
