What makes you most happy at work?
Working with an engaged team of people on a challenging problem that may not have a solution. Forces the team to think outside the box.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because I am at the high end of my salary grade, I am not able to get more than a 1% yearly raise. The only way I can get promoted is to change groups. I enjoy the type of work I do and have been told often I do well at it. I am approaching the end of my career and am not keen on changing groups
