My overall experience with Evonik has been very positive. I enjoy the challenges of my job and the people with whom I work. While work can be very busy at times (and even stressful), I know these moments will make me a better engineer.

I most enjoy helping the site achieve safe and reliable production conditions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team has a family feel. People are genuinely interested in helping each other achieve a common set of goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The sign-on bonus was very generous in my opinion. I also feel my current wage is fair compensation for my experience level and credentials.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The family environment at the production site is very important to me. People are very willing to help each other solve problems and keep the site running in a safe and profitable manner.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its difficult for me comment on the NA Leadership Team, as I have never met any of them in person, but I feel a general sense of family and care for me as a person in the relatively short time I have been with the company.
