Interacting with colleagues and seeing how my work positively impacts theirs. I also find benefit in learning from others, they teach me things I didn't know.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally, they have our best interests at heart. In our global environment, they advocate for what this region needs even if it conflicts with our global plans.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know my base salary is fair, and that has the strongest effect on my happiness about compensation. The other parts of compensation change only 10-25% of my feelings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People really care about each other as people. Sometimes the work is challenging and tough, but we all care about each other as individuals, our well being, and our families.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We care about each other, so we take the time to solicit feedback. Sometimes that makes us slower, but it also means we care about what other people think and feel.
