What makes you most happy at work?
I am able to optimize/maximize everything around me, such as plant operations and personnel development. This is what makes my job fun and motivates me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a team/family atmosphere in our plant. We look out for one another, care for one another and want everyone to be as successful as they can/want to be.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all motivated employees trying to keep everyone safe while maximizing performance and our business. On a personal level, we tend to build relationships that are balanced and not only work-related.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The level of communication from the NALT to the Managers has gotten much better, and the topics are relevant to our jobs/teams. The NALT is more reachable than ever meaning that we as middle managers can ask questions and give a perspective of our individual teams for better understanding.
