Overall good, but seriously considered leaving before due to bad management (micromng, unprofessional, no work/life balance). People stay or go bc of their direct management, not distant stuff like our opinion of the corporate leadership team. Pre-empt these issues & help employees when they report.

Doing a good job within the scope of my role, helping my team with meaningful projects, growing professionally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely smart and good at what they do, and all care about making the plant better despite the resource shortages (FTEs)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance is good with no guilting about me using PTO, my manager is extremely professional and cares about my development and has reasonable expectations. (Conversely, I've had managers so bad in the past that I quit to get away from them.)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have no feelings about the NA leadership team because they are so far removed from the day-to-day of me and my team, and I think a lot of other employees feel the same. They certainly don't play any role in my overall opinion/satisfaction of my role
