My first 10 years were in Parsippany with no opportunities and an extremely negative working environment. I dreaded work and wasn't challenged at all. Once I moved to Mobile and was in a different role with different co -workers things changed dramatically.

Interaction with my co-workers and to be honest....my office

On a local level I feel they are adamantly invested in their employees

I work with the best of the best and enjoy every minute I work with them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The moving package was unbelievable. Bonuses and 401k are fantastic. The insurance however is appalling. Going through Mercer is a nightmare
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My group at Mobile is very supportive of each other and have a great sense of humor. They also respect me and took me on openly
