I have really enjoyed being part of Evonik and really do have some great coworkers. As part of an integration that has been very slow I am looking forward to having the opportunity to move my career path at Evonik. There is alot of energy with good collaboration.

They bring a lot of positive energy. When they visity they help bring clarity to our day to day operations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team attitude and working together. We feel very productive and our team is making an impact to the site and to the world.
What makes you most happy at work?
The feeling of being productive. We manufacture goods to our customers that is of good quality that will go into products that will help people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work very closely as a team. We know each other's strengths and weaknesses and try to utilize the strengths and help in weaker parts together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My company was aquired at Evonik. I do not believe my position was made to be an equivalent position at the same location that I was getting integrated into. I had vast years more experience with another in the same position - yet I was brought in at a lower manager level.
