I can not say enough positive things about my experience at Fivetran. It is my first job out of college and I know I wouldn't be this happy anywhere else. Benefits, compensation, the people, opportunities for growth... they all are fantastic and I am so grateful to be here.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our company leaders are constantly checking to make sure we are competitive with the industry standard and adjusting accordingly. PTO is generous, benefits are great, and I am definitely being paid more than fairly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone looks out for each other and the company. I truly feel like I could talk to anyone and they would welcome me with open arms. The employees are extremely supportive of Fivetran's values, mission, and support the product.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. I don't think the culture or my experience would be the same without the people on my team and other teams around me. I get excited to talk with my coworkers every day and get to go into the office to see them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team has been so helpful from the day I started, but they are also people I love interacting with outside of work. We all constantly trade best practices, ask each other for advice, and have a constant open line of communication. I absolutely love my team!
