So far my experience at Fivetran has been great, its been a quick ramp to getting stuck into my role because of the pace at which the company is moving, though I've welcomed that as I much prefer being busy, everyone is also very supportive too so I've never felt overwhelmed

Everyone is extremely knowledgable in our space, also everyone I've spoken to so far has been extremely nice

Retaining accounts for upselling opportunities offers a great chance to earn good commission on top of new business opportunities
What makes you most happy at work?
As a salesperson knowing that there's plenty of opportunity to go after and exciting meetings happening most days is what gets me most excited
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From my initial days at Fivetran there seems to be a genuine interest in building team spirit, with events like Camp Fivetran as well as local events
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'm trusted to get on with work in the best way I see fit, in the best location for me and to go into the office when I decide I want or need to
