I have only been here for a few weeks but so far I'm loving it. I have already referred a few friends to come join me, because I think they'd be extremely happy here. My colleagues are so helpful and the managers that I am working with seem genuinely excited that I was hired. I feel motivated!

Everyone is so excited about what we are doing.

the authenticity of the individuals I met and the transparency with feedback.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
the way layoffs and reorgs are approached and communicated to the greater organization
What are some of the best things about your team?
everyone is SO helpful and welcoming and willing to step up to help me as I am ramping.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
EXTREMELY competitive base + great PTO + free health insurance, But even more-so, equity, and motivating each of us to work towards the company success because we get a piece of it.
What do you like best about your company?
the flexibility of work-life balance / the mentality around having a life outside of work and prioritizing family/health/etc. I also how exciting our product is and how easy it is to recruit talented new teammates!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that leadership consistently lists "being the best place to work and grow your career" as an OKR. Being a new employee who worked for a company that lost sight of culture as it grew, this is especially important to me!
