I really like most things about Fivetran but I do believe that the UK benefits should be improved to be more competitive. In the UK we receive minimum pension contributions, don't have a 'true' dental insurance, and don't have any health/wellbeing perks (e.g. free gym).

The pay and the minimum certain commission I will definitely receive monthly

They are very transparent and have my best interests in mind. Also treat me like family
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone cares for each other and I really love the business trip perks to get to know everyone better
