Having been here for just under 2 months, I can honestly say that this is one of the best environments I have ever been a part of. I am very excited for the future, both in my personal/professional growth, as well as the growth of Fivetran.

Excelling at my role, while knowing I have the support of my manager and colleagues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership at Fivetran fosters an excellent work culture where I feel motivated to get stuck in and feel appreciated for it as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is extremely helpful and supportive of my growth in my role. They give constructive feedback and are always very responsive to my queries.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an SE, I like the ability to have some control over my compensation as it is partially based on performance. Fivetran's success from a revenue perspective means better compensation for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody in every business unit seems to be willing to help each other out and work together. I'm never hesitant to approach new people on other teams and inquire about new topics.
