Everyone is incredibly kind, willing to help and has a desire for everyone and the company to be extremely successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very competitive and I admire how they are paying me a steady salary but I am fully in control of my variable earnings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They set clear expectations, are very transparent about where they are trying to move the company towards and how each individual's role is important amongst that endeavor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The remote work lifestyle that has been created is very balanced and allows me to take care of myself while also being a productive employee. The office culture is almost second to none and I am always excited to come in.
