What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture of Fivetran has changed dramatically from the early days. It's become very corporate and process laden with growth.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
While I agree with the company vision but feel the executive leadership is to beholden to the Board of Directors and Investors. Fivetran has lost a lot of it's early company culture.
