My team is so supportive in everything we do, whether it is inside our work day or after the day is done. Getting to work on a team where you feel your thoughts can truly be heard is a treasure.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does a great job at communicating clear expectations and goals to all teams within the company. This makes it very easy to get behind the companies goals and to want to work closely with other teams to make sure we reach them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fivetran has a very inclusive work environment. No matter where you turn you are bound to find someone that enjoys the same things as you. Our ERG groups allow for you to explore different cultures and connect with people that believe in the same things you do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy getting to work with my team everyday. No matter how busy or crazy the work day may be we are all always there to support one another in our different tasks and projects. Getting to work on a team that works so closely together has helped develop me as an employee and individual.
