Very flat hierarchy, always willing to listen. I feel I could participate in any conversations and my ideas would be carefully considered.
What makes you most happy at work?
Having the autonomy to work however I want. I know my KPIs and OKRs and can navigate my day however I want to achieve them. I think this encourages creativity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is incredibly collaborative and fun to work with. We work autonomously on different projects and share where we've seen success. Management encourage creativity and trying things that are out of the box.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teams are not siloed, so you feel you can get involved with all aspects of the business and all of the people within different departments. It's one of the healthiest work environments that I've been a part of.
