I would say the equity. This is the first offering package II've accepted that included equity/options

The team works very well with one another so there's a natural synergy and everyone seems genuine.

The team works well with each other, bounces thoughts and ideas off one another and tries to work as one successful unit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has different backgrounds, therefore we all have a different story to tell which makes that unique and exciting when our voices are heard and our stories are told
What makes you most happy at work?
Each day that I am blessed to work, I'm given an opportunity to meet new people which give me the platform to hopefully make a positive impact in their day or lives.
