Fivetran's Modern Data Stack Conference is coming to San Francisco and registration is now open!
Overall experience has been mixed, but more positive than negative. The people have been great, but I still don't really feel as though there is a culture here. I wonder if it's the pandemic, remote work, or simply the pace of growth that has created this. We also need to improve medical benefits.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They keep things as open as possible which helps us understand the 'why' in our responsibilities.
What makes you most happy at work?
The prospect of success. Both the small successes each day, and the goal of a much larger success in the future.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would say that salary, options, and 401k match are on par with other comparable companies. Nothing spectacular nor at a level that would make me consider leaving.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most people here have a desire to help. Some do it as part of the combined mission, others do it because they are good people. In the end, most interactions are positive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the positive of the environment. I don't feel as though I am a part of a culture. I started during the pandemic and hope that as the world shifts back to some form of normal, our culture will become more prevalent.
