The old G.E. was great. Loved my job then. Haier is the worst. I absolutely hate everything about this company. My entire family has never owned anything but G.E. appliances but I will never buy another G.E. appliance as long as Haier owns it. And neither will my family members or friends.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating workers like human beings. At least acting like they care. Be as quick to reward as they are at disciplining. Show a little appreciation every now and then. And most important...be fair.
