From what I can see every one is dedicated and committed to a team effort

Review from Product Dept

They laugh and they communicate

We all try to work together to get the job done

Most people work well together and are pretty understanding when you are learning a new position. It is really impressive to see how everyone can come together to make it all work.

The team holds itself accountable and is open to new ideas to advance team's effectiveness.

We get along, we work well together

Review from Product Dept

Great people, smart, fun. I feel a real sense of community.

We cover up a lot of mistakes made by Directors and Staff. People are miserable but need to work even with poor salary and work environment.

They want to make the best product we can but our quality team works on a sliding scale relative to the numbers produced. What didn't pass yesterday is OK today because it's affecting production numbers. This definitely affects moral and our confidence in our products. I can't recommend buying them.

Review from Operations Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

coming to work and do your job correctly stay off your cell phones

Actually show up for work and take care of the customer and fix the appliances

Review from Customer Support Dept

My coworkers are not the problem. The division in pay has driven us apart. It's not jealousy or envy. We can't relate to each other, we can't form friendships, and we can't have the same hobbies. The difference in pay is the problem!!!
