I've reported plenty and i was ignored, not communicated with and retaliated against so i would say that is up to the people who make more than 590 a week.

Qualitu and warranty service. Product should last longer than two years. Use to last 15-20 years which kept me loyal.

Better training. More time together

reliability - new applance had mail circuit board fail twice and now not in stock
