What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
These past few years there has been a lot more encouragement for (engineers at keast) to oursue out of the box product ideas with a lot less beuracratic obstacles. FirstBuild, the Combo washer dryer, the Arden indoor smoker, RV appliances, and the Opal icemaker are just a few.
That we the employees know how the game works and we want to take care of our families. So we look out for one another

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More employee respect would go a long way
Replace YES managers with managers that know the business.
The company needs to see the value in unity, pay everyone who does the same work, the same amount of pay, and set the priorities on quality rather than quantity. The way things are set up causes people not to care about their job, causes depression, and creates products that are substandard.
