What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, skills , work ethics and listening. Management only cares about a number and they will run bad units to get that number. They will work you 7days a week. They dont know how to keep the place running. We run out of parts constantly and machines go down daily that they cant fix

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires can miss and go over 7points and they will bend over backwards to keep them a 20yr employee hits 7 hes gone. We need better pay better insurance and a pension. This place could careless about employees and there family's PERIOD

One dishwasher cost more than I make in a week. Wages should be increased. I'm not greedy, but I'm also not seeing the benefit of working to build something that I can't afford

Havent had a raise in 6 years. Insurance keeps going up and pay stays the same.
