What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone was incredibly nice and worked very hard (co-workers, not including managers)

What makes you most happy at work?

I love interacting with customers and performing at my peak.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The old white men of GEICO need to open their minds to new processes, especially if they'd like to continue the path of being a "tech" company.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Dealing with negative or upset customers can be extremely stressful on occasion.
