Morale is low, stress and anxiety are high, management uses fear to attempt to motivate employees. It's a terrible environment.

Most associates are on some type of mood medication because the pressure of performing is so high. Its pretty bad when the ambulance takes someone out on a stretcher at least once a week.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is not family friendly. Management treats staff like they are a number that generates numbers. They only care about the reports and lack common sense when it comes to procedures.
