There is no information I can find to help when you have a work concern. Leaders who are paid more to provide training need to be watched and ensure they are doing right by their trainees and the company. Trainers should not be talking badly about their trainees behind their backs or yelling at them

Coworkers are great. They just kiss up to the leader who then talks bad about every one of them.
