I enjoy the responsibility of your own schedule, I am not at all pleased with the way that scheduling is handled. So many managers have bought someone a friend or family member on board and it has become a way of making sure that certain people have set schedules which goes against selecting them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I believe that we interact and work well together.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very to the point no guessing or wondering where you stand
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$10 an hour was far from a fair compensation for the nature of work, hours that we put in certainly not for working overnight and late evening shifts. There should be shift differentials. I am aware of the fact that gopuff is keeping my tips. That is stealing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the team that I work with, I think that we all get along pretty well. I am still waiting to be more organized. I expect to have meetings, discussions regarding the direction of gopuff and it's expectations as well as ours. But that has never been an issue
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As I pointed out there is no communication between us drivers and managers. I haven't seen or even received an email from anyone in a corporate role no one has taken the time to ask us face to face how we feel each day and what WE nay need to be effective and make things efficient.
