Gopuff was founded in 2013 by co-CEOs Rafael Ilishayev and Yakir Gola when they were college students at Drexel University. They believe in their employees and offer a completely open door policy for any ideas, concerns, or comments on how they run things.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Super fast paced with the ability to be creative with your work and in bringing new ideas to the table. A true startup mentality!
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture is like no other - they emphasize winning together which breeds a close knit team environment across the whole business. Everyone has a mutual goal and it makes for an awesome dynamic cross-functionally.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Unlimited PTO has been a great perk as, for someone who gets sick all the time, I'm able to work from home/take sick days and still attend family vacations. The stock options are a great perk as well and are offered to employees at any level!
What did you like most about the interview process?
Being able to meet with the cofounders. I think it's really awesome that they get to vet each person that joins the company because 1. Each addition has met them first hand making it easier to approach them with any ideas and 2. You can ask questions and get advice from the masterminds behind it all
