Gopuff was founded in 2013 by co-CEOs Rafael Ilishayev and Yakir Gola when they were college students at Drexel University. The facility I work in is great with great colleagues. The executive level could do a better job of communicating better with us in the field. They also could do a better job of acknowledging any obstacles we have, whether they can be resolved or not.

Being a part of a company that helps people get what they need in a very trying time in our world.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My manager does everything he can to make sure our facility runs the best it can and that our team works in harmony.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would feel better about everything if I felt that the execs in the company were doing all that they can to retain the good people we have. There are a ton of inefficiencies that they seem to ignore.
