Most toxic work environment I have ever seen. If the CEO actually went to his dealerships under cover he would see management yelling, at employees in front of guests, belittling, and being overall disgusting to their employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The employees are great and deserve better.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Oh they made the job sound great! They spoke so highly about how their dealership was a family. And such a strong family. They are very manipulative and then when you start working very toxic.
