What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is friendly and supportive of each other. Asking questions is always encouraged, which promotes professional growth.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really appreciate the stock options. Although they don't have immediate value right now, I truly believe that this company is moving in a direction that these options will be worth a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with my team. In addition to being professionally supportive, they are also just fun people. I constantly find myself smiling and laughing with my coworkers, which really helps morale throughout a long day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I LOVED that after a coding question, my interviewer went through the company's solution and compared/contrasted it to mine. It really spoke to the company's culture of mentorship and mutual support of one another, all before I was even hired.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have always felt that the leadership here truly cares about our personal and professional growth. Specifically, my manager defines himself as a "mentor" for us. He always goes out of his way to support us in any way that he can.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on my team has a fantastic attitude of mutual support. I have never been shamed for a question I've asked, whether about something basic or advanced. Not only does this reduce stress, but it also encourages professional growth through encouraging everyone to ask questions and collaborate.
