more money the better of course, kind of felt like i was shorted during negotiations considering the area.

I LOVED that after a coding question, my interviewer went through the company's solution and compared/contrasted it to mine. It really spoke to the company's culture of mentorship and mutual support of one another, all before I was even hired.
