Advice for the board: Replace CEO and bring in experienced C-level leaders who can drive success. The growth the company has seen in the past 18 months is due to acquiring a top-notch sales team based in London. The culture is toxic and politics are rampant.

The execution layer of the business (Director and down) is solid if given the opportunity to lead their functional area

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone actually wants to hang out with each other outside of work. The culture is great and we've managed to keep the small company feel even with all of the growth.
