Huge favoritism in the location i work at. If you have a conflict with someone with legitamate reasoning and bring it up to a manager, it doesnt get resolved and they will actually schedule you less and hold a grudge against you. I witnessed someone get fired for having a conflict w/ one of the favs
What makes you most happy at work?
The other sales associates and the discount.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unless you are a manager there are none other than your employee discount.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not anything much in particular. Its a retail job but the interview questions are fair with expected logical responses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that i can talk to other associates about issues going on and see that im not the only one witnessing these things happening.
What are some of the best things about your team?
95% of the time, my fellows saes associates are great. The 5% of the time they are not is because of innapropriate behavior in the workplace that the managers refuse to address. The managers are ok as people but dont know how to treat things proffessionally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Out of the four managers. Only one of them actually cares about the staff with or without past conflicts. Two of them act like high schools girls but the three also treat all conflict in the workplace as if it were high school drama and not a workplace.
