Im considering leaving this job honestly, theres alot of moving pieces in the store at the moment. Shifting of management and the new manager lacks professionalism when a simple boundry is set. I simply want to report and be on my way.

Respect, and professionalism. Its fun to be friends but its a workplace
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment itself ive always loved and been a fan of hottopic its the people that can put a damper on it
What makes you most happy at work?
The music, and insteracting with likeminded customers and sucsesfully helping them find what makes them feel the most confident weather that be a shirt, a pop, or even socks.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I came in with previouse experience in retail, sales, stocking, and custimer service yes am continuously under utilized while the manager pushes tasts on others simple because shes "not good at them".
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Overall training, organization and respect. I understand its a fast paces "fun" place of buisness but when the lines of coworker and friends bleed into on another there can be offense. Feedback should be accepted and learned from. Not thrown back at the speaker.
