My District manager was fantastic, but there is too much power given to store manahers and its too easy for them to practice social enineering to intimidate people to quit. Thats wjat happened to me
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Again, the coporate leadership is great hut the local store manahers in both stores i worked at were grwat at social enineering and making people they were "bored" of quit
